At over 2.5 billion users, Android is now the most prolific operating system in the world. Over the past 6+ years, I have taken advantage of this to deliver quality mobile experiences to well over 1 million users. I picked up several important lessons along the way, which I will cover in this article. As a heads up, these lessons are more on the high-level and app management side instead of the technical Android side (which will be covered in future articles). Before I wrote Android apps, I ran a YouTube channel that got over 100,000 subscribers and 50 million video views, and after these 10+ years of trying to make my stuff show up in search results, I have learned that this is all you really need to know when it comes to being good at SEO:

  1. Know what words people are searching for
  2. Put those words in the title…
